From the same family of cherries, the Morello (Amarena) ones are a bit smaller, darker, and more sour than their cousins. They also are very rich in vitamin A and vitamin C. We covered them in dark chocolate 50% and 74% to intensify their unique taste.
INGREDIENTS: Dark chocolate (cocoa mass 50% & 74%), cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, caster sugar, icing sugar, vanilla flavouring, morello cherries. Colour E555/ E172. Glazing agents: gum acacia, shellac.
